Email us at support@ausfitness.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back using the provided return address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
• Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or fully refunded at no cost to you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
